Our Policy
Shipping & ReturnsPlease allow all orders 1-2 business days for processing, and 2-3 business days for shipping. Once the order is shipped, customers will be notified via email.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sanitary reasons.
- The ONLY exception applied to this policy is if a customer receives a product and it appears to be damaged.
- "DAMAGED" products have to be unused, not removed from packaging, and unaltered.
- You will have 24 hours upon receiving the product to contact the owner with the issue, and 48 hours to send back the product for further inspection. (ONLY if the owner responds and considers the product to be damaged)
- This policy only applies to products that are shipped to customers. This does NOT apply to products that are dropped off.
- GMG is not responsible for any return shipping costs for damaged products.
